Review: The magnum opus of S Holmes Esq. turns out to be a slim volume of verse and prose, with a distinctly humorous twist. The author of Nothing Really Serious... is actually Stewart Quentin Holmes, who will be known to patrons of the Sherlock Holmes Memorabilia Company. There’s not actually very much of direct Sherlockian relevance here, but it’s an attractive little book, and the contents are like the stuff that Punch featured in the 1930s - well written and very entertaining.
